DCS sub group meeting #3 will start at 13:00 UTC.

Proposed Agenda:

1. DCS Handbook update and publish

2. Define updates for CGMS Website

3. Develop draft DCP Data Access Best Practices

4. Outreach to Users (AMS, TWG, Satcom Forum)

5. System Concept for IDCS Channels/EDCP (draft concept by NOAA will be presented)

6.  Perform random access algorithm study with recommendations (NOAA)

7. Work plan for drafting new EDCP Standard sections.
