The selected hotel for the upcoming CGMS plenary has unfortunately informed EUMETSAT that due to building works it will no longer be available to receive the CGMS group in June 2016.
Hence, the CGMS Secretariat/EUMETSAT is now doing its utmost to secure another venue at a different hotel in the same area over the coming days. As a consequence the invitation letter to the plenary session is on hold until the final solution has been found.
