China launches FY-3D successfully

The CGMS community wishes to congratulate China on the successful launch of FY-3D. More details are available here.

Next up is the U.S. IJPSS-1 launch, rescheduled for 18 November 2017, and end of November 2017, the Russian Federation will launch Meteor-M N2-1.

A busy autumn for the CGMS community securing significant and further contributions to the WMO Global Observing System.
