The 53rd CGMS plenary working group sessions will be hosted by CMA in Xian, China, on 24-28 March 2025.

Participation
The meeting is for CGMS members, CGMS International Science Working Groups and invited guests (on invitation only).
Deadline for registration: 3 March 2025.
Visa support
If you need visa support, participants are requested to provide the following information to CMA, fysat701@126.com, copy to CGMSSEC@eumetsat.int, as soon as possible and at the latest by 5 January 2025:
- Scanned copy of the passport information page. Please ensure that the scan is clear, and all details are legible;
- Specify the city where you will apply for the visa at the Chinese embassy; and
- Indicate the cities of departure and return. (There are direct flights from Beijing and Shanghai to Xian with less than 3 hours’ duration. There are also high-speed trains from Beijing to Xian but not necessarily close to the airport).
