The 54th CGMS plenary working group sessions will be hosted by EUMETSAT in Darmstadt, Germany, on 13-17 April 2026.

Participation
The meeting is for members of CGMS working groups WGI, WGII, WGIII, WGIV and SWCG, together with representatives from CGMS space agencies, WMO and IOC-UNESCO, the CGMS International Science Working Groups, as well as guests (on invitation only).
The working group meetings will be held in person, and we strongly encourage CGMS members to come to Darmstadt. Limited hybrid facilities will be provided.
Kindly arrange for your nominated representatives to register to the working group meetings online here by 30 March 2026.

Participants that need a dedicated invitation letter to apply for visa are requested to provide the below information as soon as possible:
- scanned copy of the passport information page. Please ensure that the scan is clear, and all details are legible.
