WG I 2nd inter-sessional meeting on CGMS best practices for Direct Broadcast in relation to RARS

Following the first inter-sessional meeting on the topic in October 2015, a second meeting will be held to address the progress achieved in the different areas identified. The actions raised in the previous related inter-sessional meeting are: WG-I-IS-Oct-15 Action#1: CGMS Members to review the proposal from WMO on CGMS support to local and regional processing of LEO DB data (as attached) and provide comments/position by the next IS meeting (next inter-sessional meeting Jan-16) WG-I-IS-Oct-15 Action#2: All LEO sat direct broadcast operators to evaluate and comment the proposal of provision of TLE at dedicated ftp servers. Due Date (next inter-sessional meeting Jan-16) WG-I-IS-Oct-15 Action#3: EUM will present the SG-ICD of EPS and EPS-SG for next inter-sessional meeting on this topic (Jan 2016) and this presentation (once agreed in the contents) will be used as a template for other organisations to present their data in follow on IS meetings (or even at the WG-I during CGMS-44).
